## What CoHaven is (and isn't)

- **What it is:** Software and services that help 2–8 people co-own a single vacation home for the long term — covering group alignment, property search, legal structure, purchase, and ongoing management.
- **What it isn't:** Not a timeshare, fractional resort product, vacation club, or property marketplace. CoHaven does not list properties; groups bring their own search and use CoHaven to align and act together.
- **Who it's for:** Friends, family, or trusted partners (typically 2–8 people) who want to own a real home together, not buy weeks in a resort.

## Three product stages

1. **Explore** — Shared workspace for finding a home together. Save listings from any site, share preferences, rank and comment, and surface the strongest matches. Available globally.
2. **Buy** — Guided purchase with vetted agents, partner lawyers, and notaries who specialize in co-ownership. Currently in Spain and Mexico. Coming next: Portugal, France, Italy, United States, Canada.
3. **Manage** — Ongoing operations for a co-owned home: transparent expenses, fair scheduling, structured group decisions, notifications, and a vetted services marketplace. Available globally.

A **Sell** flow for partial and full exits is planned for late 2026.

- **When does the 2 free years of Manage start?** When your purchase closes and your group activates the Manage workspace — not when you sign up for Buy.
